In September 2018, Future Beat was acquired by On Location Experiences, an industry leader in sports VIP experiences, which is owned by private equity funds Carlyle Group, Bruin Sports Capital and RedBird Capital Partners, and the NFL. In its first year of operations, OMT has risen to become the number one VIP company in its industry, re-capturing marketing leading status in providing VIP and meet and greet premium ticketing packages for artists and their fans on concert tours worldwide.
